World’s youngest plane captain,Kate McWilliams who made her first solo flight at age 16 as a teenage air cadet, has proved she is a real high flier – by becoming what is believed to be the world’s youngest commercial captain at the age of 26, according to easyJet. Kate began flying in the air cadets when she was 13 years old Their combined ages are just 45. But that didn’t stop 26-year-old captain Kate McWilliams and her 19-year-old co-pilot Luke Elsworth from flying hundreds of passengers to their destinations this week.
